CHANGE TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT FOR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES

In the following terms & conditions "The client(s)" shall be those persons defined as bride and groom in the wedding booking. It is agreed that the following terms set out the total agreement made between the parties and that no variation or modification of this contract shall be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing.

Payments

The clients agree that half the remaining balance due will be paid 1 month prior to the original wedding date (as show above) and the other half of the remaining balance will be paid 1 month prior to the new wedding date.

Cancellation Policy

In the event the Photographers can not attend the new wedding date or any future wedding date due to any further cancellations the full balance which has been paid, excluding for original deposit of £100, will be returned to the client within 3 months of notification of being unable to attend the new wedding date. As we have stated that we can currently attend your new wedding date this should not precent a problem unless any further cancellation occurs.
